Hey, I'm Kelly Brooksbank
I’m a Certified Health & Fitness Coach dedicated to supporting busy mums who feel overwhelmed, short on time, or unsure how to get back into fitness. I help you rebuild your strength, confidence, and routine in a way that actually fits the reality of motherhood.
Based at Apex Gym in Pudsey, I meet you exactly where you are - whether you’re coming back after kids, struggling to prioritise yourself, or feeling intimidated in the gym. My coaching is simple, supportive, and judgment-free, designed to help you feel capable, strong, and confident in any gym space.
Together, we focus on realistic workouts, mindset support, and small consistent steps that create real, lasting change - without burnout or guilt.
My confidence in the gym has improved massively and Kelly has kept me accountable and challenged me which has been great for my consistency and building my healthy habits. I’ve been able to increase the weights I use and improved my scores in my fitness test which I was absolutely over the moon with.
