
SIMPLY FIT - ONLINE COACHING PACKAGE

Simply Fit is an online coaching program designed to reignite your passion for health and fitness. It's the perfect solution to help you prioritise your well-being, make lasting changes, and finally achieve the results you've been craving for years. Let’s turn your fitness goals into reality and build a healthier, more confident you!

✔️ Monthly coaching call - At the start of each month we jump on a zoom call and have a chat about your goals for the rest of the month, what's working and what isn't, any support you need, mindset related work and more. This is 45 minutes dedicated to you and your needs.
✔️ Monthly personalised workout plan - Each month you will receive a personalised workout plan to follow through my app. This is completely unique to you, your goals and what you enjoy. Your workouts can be home and gym based to follow or a mix of both.
✔️ Weekly Check in- At the end of each week you will be asked to fill out a weekly check in form on the app, this allows you to celebrate your wins, fill me in on how things have gone and gives you the opportunity to raise any issues or ask for any extra support.
✔️ Messenger Support- You will never feel alone on your journey, with messenger support Mon - Fri. If you need help, want to check your form or need some support when you are feeling low on motivation. I'll be there.
✔️ Extra Resources - Within the app you will have access to lots of great resources to help aid you on your health and fitness journey, these includes nutrition, mindset worksheets, tracking forms like meal trackers etc and follow along workouts. This libary of resources will grow over time too.

I’m offering a FREE Zoom call to discuss your goals, explore how Simply Fit can help you achieve them, and create a personalised action plan. The call will last between 30 to 45 minutes, and if it’s not the right fit for you, there’s absolutely no obligation to join.
How does the sign-up process work?
After your free consultation call, simply sign up and we’ll schedule your first coaching session. This initial call is crucial for clarifying your goals, understanding your daily routine, creating a personalised workout plan, and setting you on the path to improving your health.
You’ll receive a welcome email with details on how to access the app, where you’ll find your workouts, complete your weekly check-ins, and get direct messenger support from me.
At the end of each month, we’ll schedule your next coaching session to continue progressing.
You have the flexibility to cancel your monthly package after 3 months if you choose to.
I ask for a 3-month commitment to the online coaching package, as it typically takes this amount of time to see significant results and establish lasting changes. The first few months can present challenges and obstacles, and that’s when support is most valuable. Once you’ve developed a solid routine and shifted your mindset, the process becomes easier, and less support is needed.
How much does it cost?
I want to make Simply Fit as accessible as I can to people, I also have limited spaces open to this program so that I can put 100% into each person and their journey.
Your investment will be £49 per month, you can chose to pay monthly for this which will come out each month on the same date or you can pay upfront for the 3 months for £140 which will give you a small discount. You can then choose to enter the monthly subscription after the 3 months if you wish to continue with the option to cancel any time.
